Job summary

GrowHealthy in Florida is seeking a Store Manager to drive patient-focused service and achieve sales and operational goals. You will lead the team, ensure compliance, and partner with Security to maintain a safe environment.

The role reports to Retail Operations and offers a competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus and benefits package. Bachelor's degree preferred and 4+ years of leadership experience in a customer-centric sales setting. Ganjier certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of exceptional leadership, management, communication and training skills in a customer-centric sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach employees to create a patient-centric environment and strong brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional patient service by listening, following up, and ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including inventory and reporting requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment including sales floor and back rooms.
• Adapt to changing environments while achieving goals under pressure.
• Provide feedback to help employees meet expectations and goals.
• Ensure implementation of information, tools, and systems to meet patient needs.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff in HR compliant manner.
• Spearhead merchandising, operations, marketing, and store standards execution.
• Network and build positive community relationships.
• Support policy changes as the company grows.
• Oversee performance management and store P&L responsibilities.
