Job summary

Green Thumb in Florida is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to support and lead a diverse team, focusing on customer experience, inventory operations, and staff development. You will assist the General Manager in driving compliance and delivering memorable experiences at the dispensary.

You will help drive an omni-channel customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery, while ensuring Seed to Sale compliance, security, and local regulations are met.

Qualifications

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Reliable attendance and valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Motivate team members to execute programs and in-store promotions effectively.
• Oversee and manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Manage scheduling to align with business needs.
• Lead omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Coach team to achieve loyalty goals and customer retention.
• Develop Leaders and Team Member talent; address performance issues.
• Perform other duties as needed.
