C3 Industries is opening its High Profile Cannabis Shop in Pinckney, MI. The Shift Lead will oversee daily store operations, guide customers through product selections, and drive sales to meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage opening/closing, supervise staff, ensure state compliance, handle POS and cash duties, and participate in meetings to improve performance. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience opening/closing a retail store or restaurant preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to meeting KPIs and strong multitasking abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check and be 21+ years old.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
• Assist customers with questions on state forms and update POS records.
• Maintain and stock the sales floor and waiting area.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and selections.
• Process online orders quickly while ensuring compliance.
• Model excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on regulations.
• Operate POS and manage daily cash handling according to policy.
• Open/close the store, assist with receiving and inventory counts.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with dispensary policies and local regulations.
