Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager in Ardmore, PA. You will lead by example, ensure smooth daily operations, coach Patient Care Specialists, and manage inventory and cash handling while upholding safety and compliance.

You will train new staff, maintain product knowledge, and support store performance with accurate daily updates and strong teamwork. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including browser use and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Receive deliveries, verify manifests, and ensure FIFO product rotation.
• Assist patients with product knowledge and consult on cannabis consumption methods.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with Store Manager.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling with accuracy.
