Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead a patient-focused team. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, maintaining FIFO inventory, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong cash handling, product knowledge, and the ability to train new Patient Care Specialists while supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in biology/medicine/horticulture/business/management hospitality helpful.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Know products and strains; train others with product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels; communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in patient consultations on product choices.
• Receive deliveries; input in MJ Freeway; report discrepancies to Inventory Manager.
• Delegate tasks during shift; ensure accurate cash handling and discounts.
• Verify paperwork and IDs for patients; ensure compliance.
• Maintain security measures and safety compliance; keep store clean.
• Open/close duties; end-of-day updates via email; support management.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists with Store Manager.
• Complete MOD cash and inventory functions for closing.
• Follow all safety procedures for opening and closing.
