Jushi Holdings Inc. in Pottsville, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager, leading the team with service, pace, and energy while overseeing deliveries, inventory data entry, and FIFO stock rotation.

The role includes mentoring staff, ensuring cash handling accuracy, verifying IDs, enforcing safety and security, maintaining a clean store, and coordinating with management to keep operations compliant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong computer and cash handling skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold store policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains and share it with teammates.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Store Manager on actions.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists to guide patients on product choices.
• Receive deliveries and ensure manifests are accurate and compliant.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and proper discount application.
• Verify patient paperwork and IDs per regulations.
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and organized store operations.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists.
• Support opening/closing procedures and end-of-day reporting.
