Jushi Holdings Inc. in Mount Pocono, PA, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team and ensure excellent customer service.

The role involves receiving deliveries, updating inventory data, maintaining FIFO product flow, and mentoring staff to uphold service excellence. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dispensary or related roles, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to train new Patient Care Specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store and industry-wide product knowledge; train and share that knowledge with the team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with the Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in consultations to ensure informed product choices for patients.
