Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead store operations with a focus on service, inventory accuracy, and team motivation.

You will guide patient consultations, oversee deliveries, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory procedures while mentoring staff. Weekend availability is required in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong math, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with basic arithmetic and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Know products and strains; train others on product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in consultations to guide product choices.
• Receive deliveries, map them in MJ Freeway, and ensure manifests are accurate.
• Delegate tasks during shifts and ensure proper cash handling.
