Job summary

Ayr Wellness in Florida is seeking a Team Lead to support store operations and manage daily dispensary activities. You will work with the Store Manager to hire and develop a motivated team of patient advocates, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliant practices across the store.

You will oversee inventory, training, and KPI tracking, while maintaining patient privacy and adherence to all state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 Years of Age
• Must pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI)
• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail or dispensary setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership and daily operations of the dispensary under Florida DOH licensure
• Provide excellent customer service and coach other team members
• Report findings to the appropriate manager and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Maintain accurate inventory and oversee NAV entries
• Train dispensary staff on SOPs and product knowledge
• Capture KPIs and manage daily cash handling and reporting
• Develop and maintain a schedule for Patient Advocates
• Ensure patient education and compliant operations across shifts
