Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary in Bloomfield, NJ. You will assist the General Manager in leading customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development, while driving results and memorable experiences for guests.

You will coach a diverse team, manage in‑store operations to ensure compliance, and support growth toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Three+ years managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• 21+ years old with valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Motivate team to execute programs and promotions; lead omni‑channel customer experiences across in‑store, drive‑thru, curbside & delivery.
• Manage cash handling, daily reconciliation, and adherence to budgets.
• Develop and coach team members; schedule and assign tasks to meet business needs.
• Support a culture of engagement, performance, and professional development.
