You will coach employees, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with Florida Medical Marijuana Rules while building relationships in the community and achieving store goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate employees to create a patient-centric environment and strong brand loyalty.
• Deliver outstanding patient service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, including inventory, reporting, and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment for staff and patients.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff in line with HR policies.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, marketing, and store standards.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Drive community relationships and represent the brand in the local market.
• Adapt to changing conditions and achieve goals under pressure.
