Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary in Maynard, MA. You will support the General Manager in overseeing customer experience, inventory controls, and team development to drive results and memorable service.

Lead by example during Leader on Duty shifts, coach staff across in-store, drive omni-channel experiences, and ensure compliance with security and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing teams in a retail setting, preferably with cannabis experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills and ability to coach staff.
• Ability to manage schedules, operations, and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Motivate team members to execute programs and promotions and deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Lead omni-channel customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
• Coach staff to achieve loyalty goals and drive customer retention.
• Partner with GM to build and retain a high-performing team and schedule effectively.
