Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary in New Jersey. You will support the General Manager in customer experience, inventory operations, and team development to drive results and memorable consumer experiences.

This role offers a fast-track to General Manager growth, requiring 3+ years of retail leadership, cannabis experience preferred, and a commitment to compliance and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managing teams in a retail setting, preferably with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and state regulations.
• Motivate and coach team to execute programs and promotions.
• Manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
