Qualifications

• Retail management experience in high-growth environment.
• Experience with medical marijuana program rules and regulations for dispensary management.
• Experience coaching, training, and talent development.
• Experience establishing strategic goals with KPIs and metrics.
• Passion for serving the medical cannabis community.
• Proficient in MS Office; Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to learn product information in a consultative manner.
• Strong business acumen with data management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Must be 21+; able to pass background check; willing to travel.
