Qualifications

• 5+ years general management experience in a retail environment.
• OH MMJ Industry Retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations for efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain accountability for P&L performance and sales targets.
• Develop and maintain compliant SOPs for dispensing, inventory, and sales support.
• Lead weekly leadership calls to review performance and goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across the operation.
• Coach and develop leadership within the team for growth.
