FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support dispensary staff, inventory, and customer relations. You will help meet sales goals, serve as manager-on-duty in absence of the General Manager, and coach staff to ensure compliance.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, scheduling bi-weekly shifts, and maintaining a strong company culture in a retail cannabis environment, with emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year as an assistant manager or higher.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends and holidays.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support dispensary staff, inventory, and patient/customer relations.
• Interact with customers and patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to all customer and patient inquiries, feedback, and suggestions.
• Build out bi-weekly work schedules for current and incoming staff.
• Coach and develop staff; delegate tasks to Cannabis Advisors to maintain regular compliance.
• Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries.
• Maintain company culture and atmosphere within the facility.
