Job summary

Ayr Wellness in Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily dispensary operations and support the Store Manager in developing a high-performance culture. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient satisfaction while safeguarding privacy and product traceability.

Responsibilities include inventory control, KPI tracking, scheduling, and staff training to maintain best practices across all cannabis products and services.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements as determined by local, state, and federal requirements.
• Must complete background check as required by local, state, and federal requirements.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of RMD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all functions for a retail medical marijuana dispensary under licensure.
• Administer routine inspections to maintain accurate cannabis product inventory.
• Supervise staff and make hiring, discipline, or advancement decisions.
• Train dispensary staff on SOPs and product knowledge.
• Capture and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage daily financial reporting and cash handling procedures.
• Develop and maintain the dispensary staff schedule.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and patient rights are protected.
