Job summary

The position focuses on opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining compliant processes, with an emphasis on customer service and efficiency across all store functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dispensary or retail environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of cannabis products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with inventory management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-In Guests/ID Verification: Ensure guests are checked in and IDs verified per regulatory requirements.
• Greet Guests: Create a welcoming environment and guide customers through their shopping experience.
• Assign Guests: Direct guests to available team members for personalized service.
• Educate Guests on Promotions: Inform guests of daily/weekly promotions to drive sales.
• Ring Out Guests: Process transactions accurately with promotions applied.
• In stock audit: Regularly verify products on display and in stock.
