Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day retail operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, visual merchandising, cash and inventory control, and compliance with regulations.

This role reports to the Dispensary Store Manager and aims to deliver a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and can manage relationships with vendors and the store team to support company

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in any field preferred.
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cash handling accuracy and compliance with cash procedures.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and vendor relations.
• Receive deliveries and build purchase orders with accurate records.
• Oversee end-of-month inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Provide outstanding patient service and maintain store cleanliness and displays.
