Jushi Holdings Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily cannabis retail operations, including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, merchandising and compliance, reporting to the Dispensary Store Manager.

You will train and develop the team, build vendor relations, manage inventory, and ensure a superior patient experience while maintaining store standards and a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in dispensary, retail, or customer service roles.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Proficiency with POS, Excel and inventory systems.
• Ability to manage cash handling and compliance.
• Willingness to work flexible scheduling.
• Knowledge of state regulations related to cannabis.

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and staffing.
• Maintain cash control and financial accuracy.
