Job summary

FRX Ohio is hiring a Dispensary Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, process orders, and manage payments in a compliant environment. You will use METRC, OAARS, Dutchie, and POS systems while maintaining accurate records and inventory.

The role requires at least 21 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to pass a background check. Prior cannabis dispensary or cashiering experience is preferred, with authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Prior cashiering experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis dispensary experience preferred.
• If hired, you will be required to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process orders.
• Use METRC and POS software accurately; collect payments.
• Perform cleanup, setup and closing tasks.
• Assist pharmacist and management staff as needed.
• Keep product inventory organized and properly stored; assist with inventory checks.
