Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ohio to oversee day-to-day cannabis retail operations. You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, visual merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and compliance.

Reporting to the Dispensary Store Manager, you will ensure a positive patient experience and a strong store culture. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and the ability to interact with patients and team members

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in any field preferred.
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cannabis product knowledge, dosing, and quality metrics.
• Present a professional image in appearance and words.
• Ensure accuracy with cash handling.
• Abide by city and state regulations at all times.
• Maintain inventory levels, perform daily audits, and conduct end-of-month counts and reconciliations.
• Receive deliveries, build purchase orders, and maintain records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Assist with Store Scheduling.
• Lead training and development of store staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Create appealing product displays and merchandising.
• Address employee or customer concerns diplomatically.
• Monitor competition and gather market data.
• Pre-screen and interview potential team members.
• Train staff and build depth on the bench.
• Lead by example in service, pace, and energy.
• Follow policies and company programs for customer service, staff management, and compliance.
