Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to manage our Maryland inventory flow on-site with 5‑day weeks. You will lead a team, train associates, coordinate receiving and storage, and ensure compliance with seed-to-sale systems. Strong Excel, METRC, and POS familiarity are preferred, with emphasis on accuracy and audits.

Responsibilities include ordering support, cycle counts, and reports, plus maintaining product quality and expiration checks in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
• Minimum 2 years of inventory experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Excel experience.
• Must pass a Federal and State background check.
• At least 21 years old.
• Experience with METRC and POS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Train and coach inventory associates.
• Supervise receiving, storing, and organizing cannabis products and supplies.
• Assist with placing orders for cannabis and non-cannabis merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain product quality and expiration date checks.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain records in management systems.
• Resolve minor discrepancies escalated to Inventory Manager.
• Comply with local/state regulations and security protocols.
• Maintain clean storage area and stay updated on product types.
• Master seed-to-sale tracking systems.
