DCM Inc. seeks a Store Supervisor to assist the General Manager in daily operations of a cannabis dispensary. The role focuses on leadership, customer service excellence, and regulatory compliance on the sales floor and in administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail with cannabis experience, strong team management, and METRC proficiency. On-site schedule, competitive pay, and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management or Communications; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, cannabis experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years METRC experience.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and supervise team members.
• Ensure store compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Develop processes for customer/patient experience and POS workflows.
• Drive sales through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Audit inventory, METRC, and pricing data for accuracy.
