Job summary

DCM Inc. in Maryland is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee cannabis product inventories, control stock levels, and optimize storage and ordering processes across the dispensary.

This role requires meticulous attention to batch dates, verification of product information, and safeguarding inventory accuracy. You will lead a cross-functional team, conduct METRC and POS audits, coordinate with suppliers, and implement inventory management best practices while ensuring compliance with security

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in inventory management.
• 3+ years of inventory management experience, with cannabis experience preferred.
• 2+ years of METRC experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and supervise team members.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, transactions, and product information.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to forecast inventory needs.
• Audit inventory levels weekly and report needed products to operations.
• Conduct METRC and POS audits and verify data accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement inventory management best practices to optimize control.
• Ensure store compliance with security and local/state regulations.
