Job summary

District Cannabis LLC. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to manage inventory accuracy and lead a team of Dispensary Inventory Associates. You will oversee receiving, storage, and daily counts, while ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal policies.

The role requires 1+ year of managerial experience and 2+ years in inventory, with proficiency in Excel and METRC/POS preferred. On-site in Maryland, with a fast-paced production environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• A high school diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Excel.
• 1 year of METRC experience preferred.
• 1 year of POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the inventory team to ensure compliance and efficiency of inventory flow.
• Train, coach, and lead the inventory team in all functions.
• Supervise receiving, storing, and organizing cannabis products and supplies.
• Assist with placing orders for cannabis and non-cannabis merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overstock to the Inventory Manager.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through audits and reconciliations.
• Maintain product quality and storage requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory flow and operations.
• Prepare inventory reports and keep records in inventory management systems.
• Resolve minor discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Comply with all policies and state regulations.
