Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey is seeking a Dispensary Associate to engage customers in person and by phone, educate on cannabis products, and assist with inventory and cash handling. The role supports cross-trained order fulfillment and requires adherence to state regulations and company SOPs.

The position offers up to 30 hours per week, with weekends and holidays as needed, in a fast-paced retail environment. A full benefits package accompanies part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers in person and on the phone.
• Accurately process all point-of-sale transactions and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face and by phone, educate and advise on products.
• Cross-train in all order fulfillment activities including preparing orders and inventory checks.
• Assist with cash handling and POS closing procedures.
• Adhere to SOPs and patient confidentiality.
