Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in retail or hospitality.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Ability to manage teams with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary cashflow, staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations.
• Serve as a role model and resource for staff on products, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate with corporate retail team to communicate accurate information to staff.
• Drive implementation of programs by motivating and supporting the store team to meet objectives.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to Assistant Dispensary Manager(s) and/or store team for smooth operations.
• Coordinate and communicate goals to staff daily and weekly.
• Lead team meetings about location initiatives and upcoming changes.
• Create plans for operational efficiency and optimal results.
• Solicit feedback to understand customer and community needs.
• Provide training, coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to staff.
• Assist and support upset customers by finding equitable solutions.
• Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to corporate team.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities per local laws.
