Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to compliance with local regulations. You will coordinate with the corporate retail team and report to the Retail Ops - Management department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience as Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong MS Office and Smartsheet proficiency.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary cashflow, staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations.
• Serve as a role model for staff on products, policies, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with corporate retail team to ensure accurate information is communicated to staff.
• Drive program implementation by motivating the store team to meet objectives.
• Plan and delegate tasks to Assistant Dispensary Manager(s) to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on inventory, sales, and profitability.
