Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets.
• Act as manager-on-duty in absence of General Manager.
• Engage with customers and patients to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries.
• Build and coordinate staff schedules and provide training on POS and inventory systems.
• Ensure compliance and maintain records for inventory and dispensary activity.
