Job summary

You will assist in managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and serve as manager-on-duty in the General Manager's absence. Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year as an assistant manager or higher.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with staff and retail management.
• Flexibility for scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets.
