Green Thumb in Florida is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will oversee all dispensary operations, inventory, safety & compliance, and staff development under your leadership.

The role focuses on driving revenue, managing Seed to Sale processes, and partnering with the local community to advance the company mission while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or comparable business experience) required.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory/management role in retail (POS operations).
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations including security, inventory, and compliance.
• Drive revenue via programs and promotions.
• Lead customer journey from in-store to delivery.
• Coach Leaders and Team Members to deliver strong experiences.
• Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation.
