Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ age or 18+ in CT/PA/WV where applicable; state-specific rules apply.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients on cannabis products and effects with professionalism.
• Process patient orders in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and stock levels.
• Follow company policies and procedures and assist with returns as needed.
• Support delivery/online orders as required and assist leadership.
