Trulieve, a leading cannabis company, is hiring a Part-time Dispensary Associate to deliver compassionate patient care and educate customers on products. You will help process orders, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and effects.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Collaborate with managers and shift supervisors on returns and issues.
• Assist with online orders and delivery where applicable.
