• Actively engage patients in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Handle patient issues and complaints with patient retention in mind, escalating as needed.
• Uphold inventory control to minimize loss and comply with procedures.
• Learn and execute point of sale systems to check out patients and deliver service.
• Commit to building and maintaining patient relationships and trust.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to assist with orders and inquiries.
• Process online orders accurately for timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Verify prescriptions, pick products, and pack orders with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and fulfill orders according to procedures.
