Qualifications

• High standard of order accuracy and compliance with HIPAA, local and state cannabis regulations.
• Experience using POS systems and maintaining patient records with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients in a warm, welcoming manner and provide personalized recommendations.
• Handle patient issues professionally to support retention and escalation when needed.
• Uphold inventory control and comply with state and company procedures.
• Learn and operate POS to set up profiles, checkout patients, and deliver service.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships and collect feedback for improvements.
• Assist educating patients on the Compassionate Use Program and Texas Original.
