Job summary

Jobtailor in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking team members to guide customers through the cannabis journey, educate on benefits and potential side effects, and provide exceptional service to customers, guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with various personalities.
• Excellent people skills and strong verbal/written communication.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
