Commercial ApplianceParts & Service in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our in-person team. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, coordinating field technicians and communicating with customers to keep daily operations running smoothly.

This full-time/hourly role requires dispatch experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous service dispatching or coordinating experience required.
• HVAC, refrigeration, commercial service, or other field-service dispatch experience strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple field technicians and managing changing priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with service needs.
• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on location, availability, and urgency.
• Communicate throughout the day with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
