About the role

As a Dispatcher, you will organize the daily dispatch of equipment for the branch in a safe and timely manner. Your role is crucial in helping our customers meet their operational needs. We seek a professional with integrity who understands the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

1. Schedule drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch
2. Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups, and service
3. Arrange for all emergency field repairs
4. Answer customer calls and review driver schedules to fulfill requests
5. Assist Inside sales team as needed
6. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Technical knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations
• Diligent attention to safety
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
