Responsibilities
  1. Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document all information.
  2. Respond to issues promptly and coordinate with relevant departments and customers for follow-up.
  3. Communicate with fleet truck drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and routes.
  4. Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize daily schedules.
  5. Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.
  6. Be familiar with the tristate region (WV, OH, PA).
  7. Relay information to customers about delivery dates, time estimates, or issues.
  8. Update fuel pricing daily to ensure accuracy.
  9. Ensure drivers complete and return accurate paperwork and meter tickets.
  10. *All other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience / Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Solid computer literacy (Word, Excel, Dispatch software).
  • Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and perform accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA, DOT, FMCSA regulations.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call shifts.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull 50 lbs.
