Job summary

Cool Today in Orlando is hiring a Dispatcher to join our fast-paced service operations. You will prioritize calls, route technicians, and keep customers informed with accurate status updates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years dispatching experience in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing, strong computer skills (Outlook, MS Office) and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dispatching experience, preferably in Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing, or related industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual applicants welcome.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc.

CoolToday The Dispatcher is responsible for assuring customer calls are answered and handled to our high standards, building lifelong relationships with our customers. Ideal candidates must enjoy multitasking in a high volume, fast paced environment. The Dispatchers are responsible for ensuring technicians are routed properly, updating customers on the status of technicians, discovering opportunities within all calls and scheduling appointments.
