Job summary

Are you an experienced Dispatcher, Operations Coordinator, or Transportation Operations professional who knows how to keep trucks, drivers, customers, and schedules moving?

I'm recruiting for a Dispatcher / Operations Assistant who will play an important role in the day-to-day operation.

This is NOT just a phone-answering or data-entry position.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal operations
• Monitor loads, schedules, pickups and deliveries
• Handle changes, delays and last-minute operational issues
• Keep accurate records and update transportation systems
• Assist with routing, scheduling and driver coordination
