Job summary

KAG SERVICES INC in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Dispatch Associate to execute a daily plan for movement of all freight within an assigned area. • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

• Monitor web portals for station inventories.
• Solicit freight from customers.
• Create loads in dispatch system.
• Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members.
• Enter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system).
