Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to execute daily freight movement plans within an assigned area. You will assess delivery timings, coordinate drivers, and plan routes to inventory-managed retail outlets, ensuring timely service.

Responsibilities include receiving orders from suppliers, supporting existing accounts with frontline customer service, monitoring emails and web portals, and creating loads in the dispatch system.

Qualifications

• 2 years of dispatching experience.
