The Kenan Advantage Group is seeking a Dispatch professional in the Cleveland, OH region to optimize daily freight movement. You will coordinate driver schedules and plan deliveries to gas outlets, ensuring timely order fulfillment and strong customer service.

Required are at least 2 years of dispatching experience and solid communication skills; familiarity with the KITS incident reporting system is a plus. This on-site role supports a fast-paced distribution team and focuses on reliability.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for executing a daily plan for movement of all freight within an assigned area.

Essential Functions

• Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries
• Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers
• Plan deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outlets
• Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors
• Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts
• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Monitor e-mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team members
• Monitor web portals for station inventories
• Solicit freight from customers
• Create loads in dispatch system
• Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members
• Enter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system)

Qualifications
