KAG SPECIALTY PRODUCTS GROUP LLC is seeking a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator in Petersburg, VA. The role focuses on executing a daily plan for movement of all freight within the assigned area, coordinating with drivers and suppliers, and delivering excellent customer service to existing accounts.

The position requires managing delivery schedules, planning inventory-based routes, and handling incident reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries.
• Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers.
• Plan deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outlets.
• Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors.
• Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts.
• Monitor e-mail for incoming orders and inventory updates.
• Enter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system).
• On-call duties as needed.
