Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) seeks a logistics dispatcher to execute a daily plan for movement of all freight within an assigned area. You will assess customer needs, manage delivery schedules for drivers, and coordinate deliveries to inventory-managed outlets.

Responsibilities include receiving orders, providing frontline customer service, monitoring communications, and supporting a collaborative dispatch team. On-call duties and onsite work are expected as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors
• Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts
• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Monitor e-mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team members
• Monitor web portals for station inventories
• Solicit freight from customers
• Create loads in dispatch system
• Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members
• Enter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system)
• On-call duties as needed
