• Assist with after-hours or emergency dispatching as required.
• Maintain service KPIs such as On-time arrival rate, First-time fix rate, Customer satisfaction, and Jobs completed per day.

Overview

The Dispatcher for HVAC Services will have experience coordinating field technicians, managing high-volume service schedules, and optimizing routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatching software [ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, or similar]
