This is a position for a tow truck dispatcher/fleet manager. We have a growing fleet in Houston and will be expanding soon, and need your help. We are a locally based towing company within a larger network of companies in the industry. We work with individual customers, motor clubs, and fleet companies. This is an office position, so we require you to work with versatile clientele and apply your experience to our principles and procedures.

As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for dispatching drivers for towing and soft service jobs. You will also communicate with a team of dispatchers, as we operate 24/7.

As a fleet manager, you will oversee maintenance schedules and manage drivers. You will determine your rate of growth and career path within our company. Determination and flexibility are expected in both roles.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of tow industry experience; knowledge of Towbook is a plus.
• Passionate about helping people in roadside assistance situations and patient.
• Organized, cooperative, and able to manage a busy workflow.
