The Amazon Expediting Fleet Specialist is responsible for resolving vehicle down situations at dealerships caused by part related concerns and delays. They will proactively resolve situations with large volumes of backordered parts within supply chain matters domestically and in Europe. If unable to resolve completely, they will be expected to provide real-time updates offering transparency to our Field Teams and dealers on resolution progress. This will be accomplished by becoming proficient in all Mopar and necessary corporate tools and systems. These Specialists will work closely with MOPAR Supply Chain/Parts Expediting, Top Care, CRT, Business Centers/Area Managers, Technical Advisors, Fleet, Field Service Consultants, Technical Service Operations, Customer Care, and Contact Centers. It will require a daily focus on problem solving to obtain required parts, make expediting decisions to ship parts and track them until arrived at required locations (dealer). It is a fast-paced environment with high expectations.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Requests to be handled include among others:

  • Cross-functional support between Stellantis Expediting and Stellantis Fleet teams
  • Apply additional pressure on slow-moving situations to obtain urgently needed parts
  • Dealer to dealer (D2D) sale negotiations - ability to get a dealer to sell a part to another dealer
  • Dealer interaction for part fulfillment, both verbal and written
  • Part tracking
  • Follow up with the different groups that own where the part is at that point in time and escalate appropriately
  • Ability to look up a VIN using Stellantis sites and applications for part usage
  • Upgrade order status
  • Place requests on dealer behalf
  • Force or void orders

  • Dealership or OEM related experience, min. one year
  • Experience with Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) desirable
  • Mopar service parts, assembly plant or PDC experience preferred

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to call, video, email, message and communicate with the customer and co-workers
  • Work at a PC for 8-10 hours daily
